The HOA Board will meet on September 27 from 5-6pm at the Lake Villa Library to resume drafting the 2024 budget. Once completed, a preliminary budget will be posted and distributed for homeowners to review. Then during the November 7 board meeting we will hear homeowners comments and if able approve the 2024 budget and assessment.
