How to Pay Annual Dues

The annual dues for 2026 will once again be $400.00*, and are due on January 1st, 2026.

Invoices will be sent by mail and email, if available, in early December. If you have not received your invoice by December 15th, please contact the HOA at harvesthill.info@gmail.com

Payments made after January 31st are subject to a $25 late fee.

Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.

*Payment by card will include a $12.30 card processing fee
