Annual Dues

Good evening,

The Board approved the proposed budget during the November board meeting. The annual dues remain unchanged from last year, at $400.00* per home. This year, we transitioned card payments to Quickbooks and added Zelle as a payment option. Checks are also accepted**.

If your email address is on file, an electronic invoice was sent to you this evening. A paper copy will be mailed to all homes in the coming weeks unless the dues were paid prior to printing.
